From the police department video description:
On April 15, 2018, two unknown suspects backed a White Chevrolet Silverado truck into the court entrance of the Harris County Precinct 2 John Phelps Annex located in the 100 block of Richey St. They attempted to remove the ATM from the building; however, they were unsuccessful. Due to the damage, a temporary wall was constructed to secure the building. A few days later, an unknown suspect accessed the building through this temporary wall, where he was observed in the lobby near the ATM by a Harris County employee. It is unknown at this time if anything was taken by this suspect or if either of these instances is related.
