*LIST* The Best Suburbs For Retirees

  • Digital marketing company ConsumerTrack has revealed the Top Ten U.S. suburbs for retirement
  • They looked at cost of living, median home prices and property tax rates 
  • Timber Pines, Florida earned the top spot 

We bet a lot of people out there are just dreaming of the day they can say goodbye to the nine-to-five workday, retire to some warn location and spend the rest of their days doing nothing but maybe playing cards and going out with friends. But the truth is, not every area of the country is ideal for living out your  golden days. In fact, there are certain areas in the country that are better suited for retirees, so if you are already planning your post-work life you may want to listen up.

Digital marketing company ConsumerTrack looked at U.S suburbs based on cost of living, median home prices and property tax rates in order to determine the best places for retirees to live, and many of the top ten are actually in the South.

Coming in at number one is Timber Pines, Florida where the median income if $56,974, the median home listing price is $159,900 and property taxes are only about $1,590.
